I am senior (Microsoft) system engineer with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. I have over 20 years of experience in installing, configuring and migrating Microsoft products aswell as providing 2nd and 3rd line support. For the larger part of my career I've migrated Microsoft Windows Server networks to the latest version at large and medium-sized companies, nationally and internationally.

I'm naturally comfortable with adapting quickly to new teams/environments and I've worked at a variety of companies, from small Dutch companies to large assignments abroad. I also have got a great attention for detail, which makes it highly unlikely that something won’t catch my attention. In stressful situations I am able to stay calm and deal with the situation at hand.
